Pasta Gramigna with Sausage

Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.64 oz) pasta “gramigna”
-1 onion
-4 sausages
-4 tablespoons of tomato puree
-salt and pepper
-half a glass of wine

Preparazione:
1) In a pot, boil water and add salt when the water is boiling.
2) In a pan, fry the the onion and then add the sausage cut into small pieces.

3) Let them cook for 10 minutes, so that all the fat melts. Add salt, pepper, half a glass of wine and 4 tablespoons of tomato puree.
4) Cook for 5 more minutes all together mixing time by time.

5) When the pasta is cooked, drain it and pour it into a bowl. Then add the just made sausage sauce.
6) Plating and add Parmesan.

The beauty of this recipe is that you can change the type of pasta and the type of sausage (with pork, turkey, chicken)!
