Spaghetti with fish

Spaghetti with fish

It is a single dish, complex and extremely good and genuine
Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.64 oz) spaghetti
-200g(7.05 oz) mussels
-200g(7.05) clams
-200g(7.05 oz) prawns
-200g(7.05 oz) squid
-200g(7.05 oz) scampi
-salt, pepper and chilli (all ground)
Preparation:
It is very important, 2 hours before starting to cooking, put the clams in water with salt and let them rest, so that they purge all the sand they have inside.
1) wash and clean all the fish.
2) In a tall and large steel pot, boil the water; when it starts to boil, add salt
3) In the meantime separate the head from the body of the squids the squid. Cut the body in strpes of approx. half centimeter, then cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 6 or 10 minutes (depending on the size of the squids). Then turn off the fire when they are all browned.
4) At this point, add prawns and scampi, cook for another 3-4 minutes and stop cooking.
5) When the water is boiling, put the spaghetti inside the water and keep them mixed with a long fork so they don’t stick each other. Please don’t let them protrude out of the water.
6)In another large pan, put a drizzle of oil, a clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley, put the already washed mussels. Cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes until they are completely open. Do not leave them more time to avoid that they become rubbery; turn off the heat and put the mussels in a container.
7)Wash the pan where you cooked the mussels and repeat the same operation with the clams, i.e. put a drizzle of oil, a clove of garlic, a sprig of parsley and the clams. Clams too must be cooked over high heat and covered for 4 minutes.
8)Add the clams and mussels to the large pan where you cooked the squids, prawns and scampi.
9)Add salt, pepper and chilli as you like.
10)When the pasta is almost cooked, drain it and put it in the large pan where all the previously cooked seafood are.
11)After placing the drained spaghetti, add half a glass of white wine, 4 tablespoons of tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes, keeping all mixed.

You worked hard, but now you can eat a delightful Italian food!
Buon Appetito!!
