Pasta with Mushrooms Porcini
Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.64 oz) Pasta/Tagliatelle
-100g(3.53 oz) dried porcini mushrooms
-1 onion
-oil, salt, pepper
-half glass of wine
-20g(0.70 oz) grated parmesan

Preparation:
1) Put the dried porcini mushrooms in a bowl with warm water for 2 hours. Remove the mushrooms from the water with tongs. Replace the water in the bowl and repeat the same operation for 2 more hours.
2)put the water in a saucepan, add a little salt and bring to the boil.
3) Fry the onion, add all the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Leave about 15 minutes to cook, stirring occasionally. Add half a glass of wine and leave to cook for other 5 minutes. The porcini mushrooms sauce is ready.
4) Cook the pasta in boiling water for the time indicated on the package.
5) Once the pasta is ready, mix it with the mushrooms sauce.
6) Add grated Parmesan to complete the plate.
