Baked or grilled Rose Fish/Redfish
Rose fish/Redfish is an ugly but very good fish!
A fish of 500g(17.64 oz) is the proper size for one person.
It can be cooked in the oven and also on the grill.
- Wash and clean the fish. Firstly garnish with a preparation made of garlic, oil, salt and parsley, then add capers and cherry tomatoes, which give to the fish a special flavour.
-Put the fish on a tray in the preheated oven at 200°C(392°F) and cook for about 40 minutes.
- On the grill the cooking time is different:from 20 to 30 minutes.
The fish can obviously be accompanied with various cooked vegetables (such as: tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, grilled courgettes or eggplants and peppers.
