Crepes
Ingredients:
-1 liter of milk
-3 eggs
-6 tablespoons of flour
-4 tablespoons of sugar
-Nutella or Jam

Preparation:
1) In a bowl, put 1 liter of milk, the sugar, the eggs and gradually add the flour until everything becomes homogeneous.
2) Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
3) Put a drizzle of oil in a pan.
4) Fill a ladle halfway with the resulting mixture then slowly pour it into the pan. Tilt the pan so that the bottom is completely filled with dough.
You have to do a layer as thin as possible.
5) As soon as dough solidifies, must be turned.
6) Leave the crepes for 1 minute and then removed.
7) Spread with Nutella or Jam on top of the crepes.

We suggest to cover with vanilla powdered sugar!
To impress your guests, you can replace the milk with beer :-)
