Pasta with Tomato
Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.64 oz) Pasta/Tagliatelle
-1 onion
-oil, salt, pepper
-half glass of wine
-20g(0.70 oz) grated parmesan

Preparation:
1) Put the water in a saucepan, add a little salt and bring to the boil.
2) Fry the onion, salt and pepper. Leave about 5 minutes to cook, stirring occasionally. Add half a glass of wine and leave to cook for other 5 minutes. 
3) Cook the pasta in boiling water for the time indicated on the package.
4) Once the pasta is ready, mix it with tomato sauce.
6) Add grated Parmesan to complete the plate.
