Pork Scallops
Ingredients for 4 people:
-400g(14.11 oz) of pork slices
-150g(5.29 oz) butter
-1 plate of flour
-salt, pepper
-half a glass of white wine

Preparation:
1) Wash and dab the pork meat with a kitchen paper, put salt and pepper and then pass both sides of each slice in the dish with  the flour.
2) Put the butter in a pan, switch on the fire and wait till it melt. Then  add all the pork slices.
3) Brown on both sides (about 10 minutes), add half a glass of white wine and
leave it for a few more minutes.

As a side dish you can also use potatoes, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes…
We suggest to serve with a white wine!
