Grilled Cuttlefish and Shrimps
Shrimps and cuttlefish can be cooked together because they have the same cooking time.
Ingredients for 2 people:
-200g(7.05 oz) of shrimps
-200g(7.05 oz) cuttlefish
-200g(7.05 oz) breadcrumbs
-4/6 skewers
-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
-1 lemon
-salt, pepper, garlic, parsley

Preparation:
1) Thoroughly wash the cuttlefish and prawns. In shrimp pull out the intestines. Dry everything with kitchen paper.
2) On a chopping board, cut a clove of garlic finely, also cut the parsley (a little parsley).
3) In a bowl put all the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and oil as needed to make a soft dough.
4) In the bowl with the breading, put all the shrimps and the cuttlefish. Mix everything, is necessary that the shrimps and cuttlefish must be completely covered of breading.
5) Take a skewer and thread 4 shrimps, on another skewer thread 4 cuttlefish. Repeat the operation.
6) Cut the lemon into 4 slices and squeeze over the skewers of shrimps and cuttlefish.
7) As a side dish you can use any fresh vegetable such as: carrots, 
rocket, salad, tomatoes...

You can also make mixed skewers by alternating, a shrimp, a cuttlefish...
I recommend accompanying this dish with cold white wine!
