Chicken with Milk
Ingredients for 4 People:
- 4 half thighs of small chicken
- 500ml milk
- Condiment Liliana (salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic)
- Fry oil

Preparation:
1) Wash the thighs and season them with the condiment Liliana.
2) In a pan, large enough to hold the 4 thighs, add a drizzle of oil.
3) Place the thighs well open and leave them to brown.
4) Turn them and let them cook.
5) When they are browned on both sides, add the milk a bit by bit.
6) Cooking time about 40 minutes.

It goes very well with Puree and/or raw or cooked seasonal vegetables.
