Meat seasoning Liliana

I always use this type of seasoning when I prepare any type of meat, regardless of whether it is grilled, pan-fried or baked. Whenever I cook the meat, I usually cover it lightly with this condiment a few minutes beforehand, so the meat absorbs the aromas.

Ingredients:

-6 sprigs of rosemary

-3 cloves of garlic

-4 tablespoons of salt

Preparation:
1) Wash the sprigs of rosemary and remove the needles from the sprig.
2) Peel the garlic and cut it in half.
3) Put everything in the mixer and sitritta for a few minutes (2-3 minutes).

Easy and very yummy!
You can make larger quantities and put them in the freezer to use again in the future.
