Stripes of puff pastry with speck are a great appetizer, simple, easy and quick! Ingredients: -1 rectangular of shortcrust pastry -150g(5.29 oz) of speck -1 yolk -1 tablespoon of milk -2 tablespoons of poppy seeds Preparation: 1) Cut the Pastry on stripes. 2) Place a slice of speck on each stripe. 3) Roll each stripe on itself 2 twice. 4) Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. They can be served hot or cold. Buon Appetito!!
