Sunflower

This sauté cake is delicious, easy to make and delicious. It can be eaten both as an appetizer and as a side dish.

Ingredients:

-2 round puff pastry

-1 jar of pesto

-1 soft cheese to be shaped into a round shape

-1 egg yolk

-2 tablespoons of poppy seeds

Preparation:
1) Unroll one of pastry roll on a baking tray.
2) Cover it totally with pesto.
3) Put the cheese in the center of the leaf.
4) Cover everything with the second puff pastry roll and compress lightly so that it adheres completely to the bottom one.
5) Cut the pastry with pastry cutter into the shape of rays. 
6) Turn each strip on itself twice.
7) Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
