Fruit Salad
For me it was an easy way to get my children to eat fruit, usually putting their favorite fruits in larger quantities. It is the fruit salad.
Ingredients: -150g(5.29 oz) of strawberries -100g(3.52 oz) of kiwi -100g(3.52 oz) of apples -100g(3.52 oz) of pears -2 tablespoons of sugar -1 lemon Preparation: 1) Wash and cut all the fruits in small pieces and place them in a medium bowl. 2) Squeeze the lemon on top of the fruit salad and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. 3) Mix everything lightly. It can be accompanied with whipped cream. Do not prepare the fruit salad too long time before serving. Buon Appetito!!
