Grilled vegetables are very healthy and very good. As I do, with breadcrumbs ... children like it too :-)

Ingredients:
-4 peppers
-4 carrots
-4 fennel
-4 courgettes
-200g(7.05 oz) breadcrumbs
-100g(3.52 oz) parmesan
-100ml extra virgin olive oil
-salt and pepper

Preparation:
1) Wash all the vegetables and cut them in slices.
2) Arrange all the vegetables decoratively on the baking pan, already lined with baking paper.
3) Sprinkle over all the vegetables, first the extra virgin olive oil, the breadcrumbs, parmesan, then the salt and pepper.
4) Place the plan in the oven and cook at 180°C for 30 minutes.

If you want you can change the type of vegetables!
