Liliana’s Salad

This Salad is a fabulous single dish with a set of cooked meat and vegetables.

Ingredients:
-4 chicken legs
-3 potatoes
-1 onion
-4 pickled cucumbers
-4 carrots
-1 jar of mayonnaise (200ml)+ 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise 
-1 jar of mustard (200ml)
-salt
-2 star/knorr dices 
Preparation:
1) Wash and clean all the chicken legs and all the vegetables.
2) In a deep pot, put 2 knorr dices and the chicken meat and boil for 30 minutes.
3) Add all the whole vegetables to the broth and cook everything for another 35 minutes. The vegetables should not be overcooked.
4) Take out all the meat and vegetables and leave to cool for a while.
5) Cut everything into small cubes and place in a large bowl, add 2 tablespoons of salt, the jar of mayonnaise, the jar of mustard and the diced pickled cucumbers.
6) Mix everything very, very slowly; in that way you don't break the cubes of meat and vegetables.
7) Spread everything on a large serving plate. Level everything with the back of a spoon.
8) Spread 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the whole surface.
9) For the garnish, use a few olives and a few strips of pickled peppers alternating various products .

Keep it in the refrigerator.
