Mussels Tarantina style
Ingredients:
-900g of mussels
-garlic, salt, pepper, parsley
Preparation: 1) Thoroughly wash the mussels with an abrasive sponge. 2) Wash and chop the garlic and parsley and place it all in a large, wide saucepan. 2) Add the mussels to the pot with the garlic and parsley. Cook them for 4 minutes with the lid on. 3) In a large cup, mix 200ml of white wine with 3 tablespoons of concentrated tomato. 4) Pour the wine over the mussels and cook for 2 minutes.
Simple and good! RECOMMENDED TO SERVE WITH GRILLED BREAD!
