Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-4 yolks
-100ml seed oil
-a pinch of salt
-1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Preparation:
1) Boil 2 eggs for 8 minutes, then let them cool.
2) Remove the 2 yolks from the boiled eggs and put them in a glass bowl where you will make the mayonnaise. Finely crush the yolks.
3) Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Always mix in the same direction of rotation and with a wooden spoon. This operation is essential!
4) Add 1 egg yolk to your glass bowl and mix. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix. Repeat this operation until you run out of yolks.
5) Finally, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a little pinch of salt and mix.
To be kept in the refrigerator!
