Pastel Vegetable
This recipe can be made with any type of vegetables. This way even those who do not like vegetables (like my children) 😊

Ingredients:
-150g(5.29 oz) of flour
-1 glass of water
-2 pinches of salt
-sunflower oil for frying

Preparation:
1) Wash all the vegetables and finely cut them into strips. If you use olives it is better to leave them whole.
2) Put the flour and salt in a bowl, add the water bit by bit until everything becomes homogeneousa. Mix gently everything with a fork.
3) Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
4) Insert the vegetables one at a time and immerse them in the already boiling oil. Turn the vegetables while they cool.
5) Once fried, place them on a plate with absorbent kitchen paper.

Better if they are served immediately after being fried.
