Tart with Nutella
Ingredients:
-300g(10.58 oz) flour 
-130g(4.59 oz) butter 
-150g(5.29 oz) sugar 
-1 Pinch of salt 
-Vanilla essence 
-3 yolks + 1 yolk to cover the strips 
-350g(12.35 oz) Nutella 

Preparation: 
1) Mix everything except the nutella and the yolk. 
2) Make a big ball, cover it with plastic film and put it on fridge for 40 minutes.  
3) After 40 minutes remove it from the fridge and divide the dough. Keep aside a quarter of the dough and spread the rest on the bottom of a circular large pan.  
4) Make small holes in the dough with a fork. Cover all with nutella.  
5) With the remaining dough, make strips and place it delicately on top of the nutella.  
6) Brush the strips with the yolk.  
7) Bake for 30 minutes at 170°C(338°F).  
8) Remove from the oven, cover it with aluminum foil and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.  

Nutella can be replaced with jam!
