Ingredients:
-2 zucchini
-2 eggs
-150g(5.29 oz) cooked ham
-100g(3.52 oz) provolone cheese
-200g(7.05 oz) flour
-200g (7.05 oz) breadcrumbs
-salt, extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1) In different bowls put: the beaten eggs, the flour, the breadcrumbs.
2) Cut the zucchini into thin slices and cover them with a pinch of salt.
3) Put over each slices of zucchini a little slice of ham and a little slice of provolone.
4) Roll each slice of zucchini and secure it with a toothpick.
5) Dip the zucchini roll in: first in the flour, then in the egg and after in the breadcrumbs.
6) Put all the zucchini roll in a oven dish and cover them with extra virgin olive oil.
7) Cook it in the oven at 170°C (338°F) for 20 minutes.
If you want you can change the type of ham and the type of cheese!
