Milanese Cutlet

Ingredients:

-400g (14.11 oz) of sliced ​​veal

-200g (7.05 oz) of flour

-200g (7.05 oz) of breadcrumbs

-2 beaten eggs

-salt, pepper, lemon

Preparation:

1) Mash the veal slices with a cooking hammer. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on all the slices.

2) Prepare inside 3 soup plates: one with beaten eggs, one with flour and the other with breadcrumbs.

3) Dip the veal slices first in the dish with the flour, then in the dish with the

beaten eggs and finally in the one with the breadcrumbs. 

4) In a large pan, add a drizzle of oil and then put the veal slices. Fry on both sides.

5) Once the cutlets are cooked, place them on a plate with absorbent kitchen paper and sprinkle the squeezed lemon over them.
