Pizza
Pizza is certainly super appreciated all over the world. Today I let you know how I make it in my home oven.
Ingredients for 2 trays: -250g (8.82 oz) flour -250g (8.82 oz)manitoba flour -50g (1.76 oz) of beer brewing yeast -250g (8.82 oz) of mozzarella for pizza -750ml of tomato puree. -Ingredients of your preference such as ham, wurstel and vegetables -salt, oil Preparation: 1) Put the flour and manitoba flour in the planetary mixer. 2) In a glass with warm water, put the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar, mix and add to the flours and mix again. 3) In the mixer add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix. 4) Mix a lot until everything becomes homogeneous. If necessary, add a little hot water if the dough is too thick, and if the dough is too liquid, add a little flour. 5) Leave the bowl with the dough covered with a cloth in a warm place for at least 6 hours. 6) Split the dough into 2 parts. 7) Roll out each dough and then place them on the pans (with the baking paper on the bottom). Put the tomato puree on top and then bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. 8) Take out the pan and put the diced mozzarella on top. Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes. 9) Garnish with ham or sausage and fries ... and bake for another 10 minutes. That's a genuine and delicious pizza :-) Buon Appetito!!
