Croissant with Salmon
Ingredients: -1 round puff pastry -150g (5.29 oz) smoked salmon -150g (5.29 oz) philadelphia cheese -1 yolk Preparation: 1) Roll out the dough and cut it into slices.(A) 2) Spread the philadelphia on the pastry and then place the salmon on the slices. 3) Roll each slice like a croisant. 4) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.(B) This is a great appetizer!
