Wurstel on puff pastry
Very simple and delicious!!
Ingredients:
-1 rectangular pastry
-5 large wurstell
-100g(3.52 oz) mustard
-1 yolk
-100g (3.52 oz) of emmenthal cheese (slices cut into pieces)
Preparation:
1) Roll out the pastry and spread the mustard on top.
2) Cut the short pastry into strips, as many wurstel you have (5 in this case). Roll the pastry around the wurstel. (A)
3) Brush with yolk and after sprinkle with poppy seeds. (A)
4) Cut the roll with wurstel into 1 cm slices and place them on a baking sheet. (B)
5) Bake on oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F). 6) Remove from the oven and place the cheese cut into small pieces on top of the wurstel.
6) Bake for another 8 minutes at 170°C (338°F).
