Banana Pancakes
This dessert…easy to do… like a walk in the park!
Ingredients for 5 Pancakes:
-2 bananas
-2 eggs –
-50g(1.76 oz) cornstarch
-1 tablespoon of sugar
Preparation:
1) Remove the peel from bananas and mash them with a fork.
2) Add the eggs and mix. (A)
3) Add the cornstarch a little at a time, mix everything.
4) In a small pan, add a drizzle of oil and put some of the dough with a ladle to to cook. (C)
5) Cook for about 2 minutes on each part.
Usually I make this recipe when I have bananas that are a little too ripe to eat.
Serve with Nutella, honey, maple syrup, jam…
