Ingredients: -100g(3.52 oz) beef tongue -100g(3.52 oz) beef bones -a quarter of a hen -4 potatoes -2 stalks of celery -4 carrots -4 cherry tomatoes -2 onions Preparation: 1) Thoroughly wash all the meat and cook it in water. 2) When the water start boiling, it begins to foam, this must absolutely be removed with a slotted spoon.
4) After removing all the foam, let everything boil for 1 hour.
5) Add all the vegetables and salt and let everything boil for 1 hour and a half.
