Eggs with Asparagus

Ingredients for 2 people:

-500g(17.63 oz) of asparagus

-4 eggs

-50g(1.76 oz) of Parmesan

-1/2 tomatoes

balsamic vinegar

-salt

Preparation:
1) Cut off the hard/woody part of the stem of all the asparagus, wash them and put them to steam in a steam cooker for 23 minutes.

2) Cook the eggs in a pan with oil and a little salt on top.

3) Put the eggs, asparagus and tomatoes on the plate. Cover the asparagus first with Parmesan and then with balsamic vinegar.
