Eggs with Frankfurters

Ingredients:

-2 eggs

-2 frankfursters

-1/2 tomatoes

-50g(1.76 oz) of Parmesan

balsamic vinegar

-oil

-salt

Preparation:

1) Rinse the frankfurters and dry them with a kitchen paper, cut them into 4 parts at the ends and fry them on all sides.

2) Cook the eggs in a pan with a bit of oil. At the end of cooking cover them with and Parmesan cheese.

3) Serve and add tomato or other vegetables as a garnish.
