Pennette with meat sauce and lactose-free cream
Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.73 oz) of pennette
-200ml of lactose-free cream
-250g(8.82 oz) ready-made meat sauce (see my recipe)
-30g(1.05 oz) of latose-free butter
-20g(0.70 oz) of Parmesan cheese
-salt for the pasta water
Preparation:
1) Boil 2 liters of water.
2) In a saucepan, sauté the ready-made ragù and add the cream of lactose-free, then mix everything and cook for 5 minutes.
3) When the water boils, put in 2 scant tablespoons of coarse salt then add the pasta and mix.
4) When the pasta is cooked, drain it with a colander and then put it back in the pot, adding the butter first, then the ragù with cream. Mix everything and serve. Spread yes
over the pasta with the cream and ragù the parmesan.
