Ingredients: -1 rectangular roll of pastry -200g(7.05 oz) of cooking cream (without lactose) -200g(7.05 oz) cooked ham in slices -300g(10.58 oz) of provolone cheese in slices -100g(3.52 oz) of Parmesan cheese Preparation: 1) Unroll the pastry dough and spread the cooking cream on top, spread the cooked ham slices on top and then the provolone slices. 2) Cut the dough into 6 parts. 3) Roll up each slice and then cut it in a half.

4) Grease a baking for muffins, put a small rose inside each hole. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. 5) Bake in the oven at 180°C(356°F) for 20 minutes. The little roses are ready, easy to make, nutritious and tasty.
