Spaghetti with meatballs
Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.63 oz) of Spaghetti
-250g(8.82 oz) of minced meat (pork, veal)
-1 large onion
-salt, pepper, basil
Preparation: 1) In a large saucepan put 2 liters of water to boil. 2) Form small balls with the minced meat. 3) Cut the onion into small pieces and let it fry. When the onion are browned, add the meatballs. Cook everything for 10 minutes. 4) When the meatballs are white (cooked) add a glass of tomato pulp and half a glass of white wine. 5) Cook everything for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6) Drain spaghetti, put them in a large bowl and add the sauce with the tomato with meatballs.
7) Serve and add the basil and Parmesan cheese.
