Tricolor pasta with peas and mortadella

Ingredients for 4 people:

-500g(17.63 oz) of tricolor pasta

-150g(5.29 oz) of canned cooked peas

-100g(3.52 oz) mortadella (if you are vegetarian don’t put it)

-100g(3.52 oz) of cherry tomatoes

-1 red onion

-100g(3.52 oz) cooking cream

-50g(1.76 oz) of Parmesan cheese

-salt and pepper

Preparation:
1) Bring the water to a boil.
2) Finely chop the onion and cherry tomatoes. The mortadella cut into cubes.
3) Put the onion in a pan to fry, after 2/3 minutes add the cherry tomatoes, mortadella, salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4) Add the cooking cream to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off.
5) When the pasta is cooked, drain and add everything and mix.
6) Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta dish.
