Caprese
Ingredients for 1 person: -1 large round tomato -1 buffalo mozzarella -extra virgin olive oil -1 tablespoon of oregano -salt Preparation: 1) Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. 2) Cut the buffalo mozzarella into thin slices like those of the tomato. 3) Put the slices of buffalo mozzarella side by side on a large plate, place the tomato slices on top, a drizzle of oil, salt and sprinkle the oregano on top. A simple and very tasty summer dish!
