Sauce with Chanterelle Mushrooms
Ingredients:
-600g(21.16 oz) of chanterelle mushrooms
-1 onion
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
-1 glass of wine
-salt and pepper
Preparation: 1) Wash the mushrooms very well. 2) Cut an onion into small pieces and brown it in a drizzle of oil in a pan. 3) After 3/4 minutes add the mushrooms on top of the onion and mix. 4) Cook for about 10 minutes.
4) In a glass with white wine, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Put the mushrooms on top and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5) Add salt and pepper. It can be used as a condiment for various types of meat main courses.
