Greek salad
This recipe comes from beautiful Greece. I think everyone who has been to Greece has tasted this delicious summer dish!
I give you the recipe as I remember it.
Ingredients:
-150g(5.29 oz) of drained Feta cheese
-80g(2.82 oz) of pitted black olives
-1 large tomato or 2 medium ones
-1 cucumber
-1 large Tropea red onion
-3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
-salt
-sprinkling of oregano
Preparation:
1) Wash the tomato and cucumber.
2) Cut the cucumber into thin slices. For those with digestive problems, I recommend removing the cucumber peel with a potato peeler.
3) Cut the onion into rings.
4) In the bowl with the cucumber and onion, add the tomato cut into small pieces, the olives, the Fetta cheese, the oil and the salt. Mix everything gently. 5) Finally add a sprinkling of oregano on top of everything.
