Chocolate cake with nuts
Ingredients: -200g(7.05 oz) of flour -200g(7.05 oz) of sugar -4 egg whites -25g(0.88 oz) baking powder -200g(7.05 oz) of pitted walnuts -200g(7.05 oz) of dark chocolate -200g(7.05 oz) of butter -25g(0.88 oz) powdered sugar with vanilla Preparation: 1) Melt the butter and chocolate in a "bath Marie (a small saucepan inside a large saucepan with boiling water)". 2) When everything has melted, leave to cool. 3) Crush the walnuts with the help of a nutcracker, then crush them into small pieces. 4) Whip the egg whites with a blender with a pinch of salt.
