Rice with sausage
Ingredients:
-6 sausages
-120g(4.23 oz) rice
-1 onion
-500ml of broth
-1 glass of tomato puree
-100g(3.52 oz) of Parmesan
-salt and pepper
Preparation:
1) Sauté the onion.
2) Boil the water together with 2 Knorr cubes.
3) Remove the skin from the sausage and crumble the onion and put it together with the fried onion and mix. Put the lid on. Cook the sausage for 10 minutes and stir occasionally.
4) Add the broth and rice. Cook for the cooking time of the rice.

5) Add salt, pepe, tomato puree and cook for a few more minutes. 6) At the end of cooking, add the Parmesan and mix. Switch off and serve… with a good red wine!
