Scallops
Ingredients:
-7 slices of pork loin
-30g(1.05 oz) of butter
-1 plate with flour
-salt and pepper
-half a glass of white wine
Preparation:
1) Rinse the steaks and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
2) Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper. Make small cuts on the sides of the steaks with scissors, this way the steak doesn't curl up.
3) In a bowl or deep plate add some flour. Pass the steaks on both sides in the flour.
4) Heat the butter in a pan. Add the steaks on top and cook them on both sides.
5) At the end of cooking, put half a glass of white wine on top and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve with any type of vegetable.
