Mussels in white
Ingredients:
-900g(31.74 oz) of fresh mussels
-2 cloves of garlic
-parsley
-extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1) Wash the mussels thoroughly in running water, throw away any that are crushed or badly damaged.
2) Cut the garlic and parsley into small pieces.
3) Put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a deep saucepan and then add the garlic and parsley. Fry for 15 seconds then add all the mussels and a lid. Cook over high heat (maximum) for 3/4 minutes,
until they open, no more because they then become chewy.
Serve as an appetizer and with a good white wine.
