Pasta Fusili with peas and cooked ham

Ingredients for 2 persons:

-200g(7.05 oz) fine peas in cans

-250g(8.82 oz) of diced cooked ham

-130g(4.59 oz) of latose-free cream

-1 cube of butter

-half onion

-salt and pepper

-parmesan

Preparation:

1) Put the water to boil in a pan.

2) Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

3) When the onion is golden, add the previously drained peas. Cook for approximately 4 minutes.

4) Add the cooked ham. Cook for another 3 minutes.

5) Add the cream and mix everything. Cook for another 2 minutes and then turn off the heat.

6) Mix everything and add a cube of butter (butter for me, always gives a little delicate flavor to the pasta).

7) When the water in the pan boils, add the coarse salt and the Fusili pasta.

8) When the pasta is cooked, drain and mix everything together with the sauce with peas and cooked ham.

Serve and sprinkle some parmesan on top.
