Linguine with trio of pork seasoning

Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.63 oz) of pork cheek
-500g(17.63 oz) of pasta linguine
-1 Tropea/red onion
-50g(1.76 oz) of Parmesan
-50g(1.76 oz) of pecorino romano
-500g(17.63 oz) tomato puree
-1 glass of wine
-pepper (there is no need for salt because the pork cheek is already salty.
Preparation:
1) Bring the water to boil for the linguine
2) Place the bacon in a pan to cook over low heat. Stir every now and then so that it doesn’t stick to the pan.
3) Cut the onion into slices; add the onion to the pan.
4) When the pork cheek has completely melted and the onion has become transparent, add the wine. Cover and cook with the lid on.

5) After about 8 minutes of cooking, add the tomato puree and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6) Add the parmegean and pecorino romano and cook over low heat for another 2 minutes, stirring.
7) When the linguine water boils, add the salt and the linguine.
8) Once cooked, drain the linguine and mix with the ready-made amatrician sauce.
