Sauteed for cooking
I often use this type of sauté as a base to prepare many recipes, and I usually prepare more then I make portions and put them in the freezer for future recipes.
Ingredients:
-3 onions
-3 carrots
-3 celery stalks
Preparation:
1) Peel the carrots with the potato peeler.
2) Peel the onions.
3) Wash and remove the leaves from the celery stalks.
4) Cut everything into small pieces and put them in a mixer. Once you have added the mixture of your preference, remove everything, make portions and then put them in the freezer. The dressing is ready to be fried!
