Roast veal

Ingredients:

-800g(28.22 oz) of veal roast

Liliana seasoning

-1 glass of brendy

-oil for frying

-1 Knorr stock cube

Preparation:

1) First of all, season the roast with Liliana seasoning.

2) Place a pan on the heat with a drizzle of oil. Place the arosoto on top and brown it on all sides by rolling it.

3) In a saucepan, put some water to boil and 1 Knorr stock cube.

4) After the roast has browned on all sides, start adding a little broth every now and then and stir it. Cook for about 2 hours over low heat and with the lid on.

5) When the roast is now cooked, add the brandy. Let it cook for another 4 minutes and then you can cut it into slices.

6) Place the roast slices on the plate and put the cooking juices on top and serve it.
