Long pasta “Tripoline” with smoked salmon
There are anti-stress foods to put on your plate, who hasn’t had a stressed day? And among these dishes there is salmon, as it contains serotonin (the good mood molecule), a substance that reduces the concentration of the main stress hormone and also cholesterol in the body. Fatty fish like salmon are rich in omega-3 fats, which are capable of reducing anxiety levels in some individuals by 20%.
Today I propose this dish, very delicate and easy to make !
Ingredients for 4 people:
-500g(17.63 oz) of “Tripoline” long pasta
-200g(7.05 oz) of smoked salmon
-1 onion shallot
-250g(8.82 oz) of mascarpone
-15g(0.52 oz) of butter
Preparation:
1) Since it takes more water and therefore more time to cook long pasta, put the water for cooking the pasta on the heat as before.
2) Cut the shallot into fine pieces.
3) Cut the smoked salmon into strips/pieces.
4) Place a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and fry the onion.
5) After 3 minutes add the chopped smoked salmon and cook for 4 minutes.
6) Add the mascarpone to the smoked salmon sauce. Mix everything gently and turn off the heat.
7) When the water begins to boil, add the coarse salt and then the pasta. Cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package then before cooking is complete, add 3 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water to the pan with the salmone. Jumbled up.
8) Place the butter on the bottom of a bowl. Drain the pasta and place it in the bowl, add the sauce with the smoked salmon and mix. There is no need to season with salt and pepper because the smoked salmon is already tasty!
I recommend you to consume a sparkling rose wine!
Buon Appetito!!
