Pan-fried veal liver
A recipe full of energy reinforcement, full of iron and above all easy to make. I usually prepare it after a Padel match to recover energy :-)!
Ingredients for 2 people:
-400g(14.11 oz) of slice of veal liver
-Liliana seasoning (garlic, rosemary salt) https://www.chefmamy.com/2023/03/02/seasoning-liliana
-oil for frying
Preparation:
1) Cut the slices of veal liver with scissors on the side where the skin is. If you don’t do this, the slices will curl on the skin side, but by cutting the skin this won’t happen.
2) Place a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan, then add the seasoned veal slices.
3) Brown for about 2 minutes (when you notice some cooked meat around the steaks) and then turn the liver steaks over to the other side. Cook for about 2 minutes … your liver steaks are ready.
Accompany with vegetables to your liking!
