Chicken breast fillets with lemon
Ingredients:
-800g(28.22 oz) of chicken fillets
-1 plate of flour
-2 lemons
-salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1) Rinse the chicken breast fillets.
2) Sprinkle both sides of the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
3) Flour everything and place in the pan with hot extra virgin olive oil.
4) Squeeze a lemon.
5) Place some extra virgin olive oil in a large pan and turn on the oven. After 1 minute, add the floured chicken breast fillets and place the lid on, cook over medium heat.
6) After the chicken breast fillets have browned, turn them over. Cook for 2 minutes then add the lemon juice and cook until cooked on this side too.
7) Turn the fillets over. Cook for another 2 minutes then you can serve.
They can be served with mixed vegetables, baked or fried potatoes.
