Baked meatloaf

Ingredients:

-450g(15.87 oz) of beef

-150g(5.29 oz) of pork

-1 egg

-4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

-4 spoons of bread crumbs

-salt and pepper

Preparation:
1) Put the ground beef and the ground pork in the mixer. Let it mix slowly.
2) Add the egg, the breadcrumbs, the Parmesan, the milk, the salt and the pepper to the mixer one at a time.
3) Mix everything for a few minutes until everything becomes homogeneous.
4) Add a drizzle of oil to a baking tray then add your meatloaf.

5) After 20 minutes, turn the meatloaf and put it back in the oven to cook.

5) Bake for 40 minutes at 190°C (374°F).

Before serving, cut the meatloaf into slices.

Serve with chilled white wine!
