Chicken legs with fresh green beans
Chicken legs with fresh green beans is a dish that is very popular in winter. You need a few ingredients such as 6 chicken legs, fresh green beans, a bottle of tomato puree, a glass of wine, salt, pepper and a few bay leaves.
Let’s start by washing the green beans, then cut the stems of each beetle and then boil them in a large pan with water and a little salt.
In a pan, fry a large onion already cut into small pieces.
When the onion is fried add the chicken legs to the pan previously cleaned . Cook the thighs on both sides. Cover with a lid. Boil some water with stock cubes to make the broth. When the legs have cooked a little and are starting to dry out, add a little broth every now and then.
Once the green beans are cooked, drain them and cut them into small pieces.
When the chicken is cooked, add the green bean pieces, tomato puree, salt and pepper. after 5 minutes add a little wine and a few sage leaves, which will be removed when it is ready.
