Thin slices with potato slices, cheese and cooked ham cooked in a pan
This recipe is uniquely simple. Quick and extremely tasty and above all you only need three ingredients: potatoes, slices of ementhal-type cheese and slices of cooked ham. In this recipe you should keep the heat to a minimum.
First, peel the potatoes, then put them in a blender with blades and cut them into slices. Place a drizzle of oil in a pan, wait for it to heat up a little and then add the potato slices in a radial pattern until the entire pan is covered.
Add the cheese slices on top of the potato slices, then distribute the cooked ham slices and then again put the cheese slices on top and lastly cover everything with potato slices.
Cover everything with a lid and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. In another pan of similar size to the first or slightly smaller, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and heat for a few seconds. Remove the lid from the pan and with the help of a spatula, detach your slices of potatoes, cheese and cooked ham from the edges so that they are not stuck. Place the empty pan on top of the one with the potatoes, keeping them attached and turning them as quickly as possible.
Cook for another 20 minutes over low heat and with the lid on. Serve hot!
