These potato nests are very simple to make and are fantastic to serve as an appetizer.
Ingredients for 12 baskets of potatoes:
-6 medium potatoes
-2 chicken eggs
-12 quail eggs
-100g(3.52 oz) of raw ham
-100g(3.52 oz) of ementhal cheese
-half a teaspoon of turmeric
-salt and pepper
-chives
First of all, turn the oven on to medium-high temperature.
Let’s start by peeling the potatoes, grating them into the mixer with the grating cutter and making potato strips. Then squeeze and drain the grated potatoes.

Place the grated potatoes in a bowl then add the chicken eggs, salt, pepper and turmeric. Mix everything. Take a muffin pan and grease it.

Cover all the muffin holes with the grated potatoes and then press on each shape with the bottom of a glass. Spammer in a pan the oil then add the quail eggs equidistant, being very careful not to break the yellowness, then turn on the heat on a low flame and cook the eggs with the lid on the pan. Add salt, pepper and finely chopped chives.

Now cut the ham and cheese into small pieces. After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the baskets from the oven, wait for them to cool a little and then place them one by one on a baking tray. Place the cheese, ham and then the cooked quail eggs on top of the baskets. First I reshaped the edges of the quail’s eggs with scissors. Put it back in the oven for 2 minutes and then you can serve.
